The Institute of Applied Ecology and Hygiene is created to find integrated solutions of ecological, hygienic problems which have to be resolved by investors, public authority, municipal institutes.
Activities of The Institute for Applied Ecology and Hygiene:
- bases on facts whether it is possible to place an industrial enterprise in the given area;
- bases on facts dimension and develops sanitary buffer zone for enterprises, industrial complexes and centers;
- develops sanitary water protection zones;
- develops the design section "Environmental protection";
- evaluates risks for population health caused by negative influence of chemical polluting substances;
- makes population health analysis in view of environmental hostility;
- provides geoinformation support of projects (data inventory, analytics, space modeling, report preparation);
- applies territory remote sensing to manage the quality of environmental state;
- works out projects MPE (maximum permissible emission), PES (permissible emission standart), PDS (permissible discharge standart) and others;
- provides expert and analytic assistance of projects at the point of concordance;
- makes complex territory laboratory and analytic assessment.
